The ObservatoryThe night sky through our 33" equatorial
Newtonian has to be seen to believed. Its yours to use as you wish, for the length of your stay. Observing? CCD imaging? Minor Planet discovery? The choice is yours. We are situated in the Cotes-de-Meuse dark sky protected national park, and our skies are among the darkest in northern France. Our T83 telescope is one of the largest privately owned telescopes in Europe, and is actively engaged in Near Earth Asteroid research (IAU site 216). We so far have 12 minor planet discoveries. |
